This means the cutting fluid system – not a system for keeping the electrical/electronic systems cool!

Summary of system components:-

• Mounting bracket for computer & coolant tank: 1.5” x 1.5” x 3/16” X 1 Meter long aluminium angle.
• Shelves purchased from HomePro.
• Coolant tank purchased at Big-C as a Rice Container.
• Plastic tubing is old Oxygen line for patient use.
• Coolant pump is 240 VAC. Sobo aquarium power head WP-1650

DIY CNC Lathe Coolant Pump

Pump is controlled by relay inside Relay Box (see schematic above).

Future computer control of coolant pump: with manual switch turned off, the BoB could easily pull the relay input pin low thereby turning the pump on.
